Salt Investments (SGX:FQ7) entered into a share purchase agreement with Poly Million for the purchase of a 60% stake in TT Oil, according to the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Under the agreement, Poly Million has agreed to sell 150,000 shares in TT Oil for a purchase price of SG$6.0 million.

The acquisition is part of the company's initiatives to develop, grow and expand its core business in the marine and offshore industry.
