SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — Rambus Inc. (RMBS) on Monday reported earnings of $62.2 million in its fourth quarter.

The San Jose, California-based company said it had profit of 58 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 59 cents per share.

The memory chip designer posted revenue of $161.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $166.5 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $179.8 million, or $1.65 per share. Revenue was reported as $584.1 million.

For the current quarter ending in March, Rambus said it expects revenue in the range of $153 million to $171 million.
