LAREDO, Texas, February 03, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International Bancshares Corporation (NASDAQ: IBOC) announced today that on Jan. 31, 2025, IBC’s Board of Directors approved the declaration of a .70 cents per share cash dividend for shareholders of record of Common Stock, $1.00 par value, as of the close of business on Feb. 14, 2025, payable on Feb. 28, 2025. This is an increase of 6% per share from the previous cash dividend.
