CRH to exit stake in SigmaRoc, says bookrunner

Feb 5 (Reuters) - Dublin-based building materials supplier CRH's CRH.L UK unit intends to sell about 171.6 million ordinary shares in SigmaRoc SRC.L, exiting its entire stake in the British quarrying company, a bookrunner said on Wednesday.
