OneWater Marine (ONEW) said Thursday it has closed the acquisition of American Yacht Group, expanding its presence in the southeastern US.
American Yacht had sales of about $75 million last year, according to OneWater.
The acquisition includes exclusive dealership rights for HCB Yachts in Alabama, Florida, New York, and North Carolina, the company said.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Shares of OneWater were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
