Pacific Smiles Group (ASX:PSQ) said Beam Dental Bidco will close the offer period for its off-market takeover bid for Pacific Smiles on Feb. 11, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Beam's voting power in Pacific Smiles stands at 89.23%, which gives it control of Pacific Smiles and sufficient voting power to approve special resolutions.
