Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) stock was down more than 3% after the company reported a decline in Q4 non-GAAP earnings and the company issued 2025 outlook below analysts' expectations.
Eli Lilly (LLY) shares were more than 1% lower even after the company reported higher Q4 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.
