- The U.S. Postal service said on Tuesday that it will temporarily suspend accepting inbound parcels from China and Hong Kong until further notice and that the change wouldn't affect delivery of letters and 'flats'.

- Japan's Nissan 7201.T is planning to call off its merger talks with Honda 7267.T, adding that Nissan's board members were due to meet later Wednesday to decide a course of action.

- Insignia financial IFL.AX said on Wednesday that Brookfield Asset Management BAM.TO made a non-binding proposal valued at about $1.93 billion.

- The Central Intelligence Agency on Tuesday, offered buyouts to its entire workforce citing an aim to bring the agency in line with U.S. President Donald Trump's priorities.
