Yotrio Group (SHE:002489) expects to receive 98.4 million yuan in compensation to transfer a property in Linhai City, China to the local government, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Jan. 27.
The industrial property, including land and factories, has a total building area of 13,045.55 square meters and a land area of 23,677.17 square meters, the Chinese outdoor living product manufacturer said.
