Plutus Financial Group (PLUT) said Thursday it closed its initial public offering of 2.1 million ordinary shares at $4 per share, raising $8.4 million in gross proceeds.
The financial services company's stock started trading on Nasdaq on Wednesday.
The underwriter was granted a 45-day option to acquire up to 315,000 shares at the IPO price.
Shares of the company were up 3.9% in recent trading.
