CSC Holdings (SGX:C06) launched its first six-month commercial paper in digital securities under the SDAX CP Facility Programme, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance, priced at 5.6% per annum, aims to raise between SG$1 million and SG$4 million from accredited and institutional investors. The securities mature in approximately six months.
