Jiangxi Hungpai New Material (SHA:605366) plans to increase the capital of Thailand-based silane products-making joint venture unit Hongbai New Materials by 301.5 million Thai baht, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.
Hongbai New Materials plans to raise its capital by 335 million baht to accelerate the construction of functional silane projects in Thailand, the Chinese nano-silicon material manufacturer said.
Hongbai New Materials was established in cooperation with Thai investors Polapat and Vararat.
