Keppel (SGX:BN4) completed the construction of its flagship commercial tower, Keppel South Central, located in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore, according to a media release on Monday.

The 33-story commercial building has acquired a temporary occupation permit and has also enlisted a financial services company as its first anchor tenant.

The building has a total area of 650,000 square feet and provides low energy spaces.

Due to its green features, the building has also been granted the Building and Construction Authority's BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification.
