Media technology company Prime Focus (NSE:PFOCUS, BOM:532748), through its step-down unit, Brahma AI, has incorporated a new subsidiary named Brahma Merger Sub, according to a Monday filing with the Indian stock exchanges.

The new subsidiary, which will be involved with technology and artificial intelligence in the film, television and gaming sector, was formed to facilitate a Delaware, US merger, the filing said.
