Equinix Q4 AFFO, Revenue Rise; 2025 Guidance Issued; Raises Quarterly Dividend -- Shares Fall After Hours

Equinix (EQIX) reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations late Wednesday of $7.92 per diluted share, up from $7.30 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $8.12.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $2.26 billion, up from $2.11 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.27 billion.

The company said it expects Q1 revenue of $2.19 billion to $2.23 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.29 billion.

Equinix expects full-year 2025 revenue of $9.03 billion to $9.13 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $9.44 billion.

The company expects 2025 AFFO of $36.69 to $37.51 per share. Analysts are looking for $37.90.

The company raised its quarterly dividend to $4.69 per share from $4.26, payable on March 19 to shareholders of record on Feb. 26.

Equinix shares were down more than 3% in after-hours trading.
