Tianjin Tianbao Energy (HKG:1671) entered into a five-year strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Tiankai Technology on Friday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Under the cooperation contract, the parties intend to form the Tianbao Energy Industry Technology Research Institute, which will act as a shared pilot scale test platform.
The platform will focus on the transformation and empowerment of scientific and technological achievements related to energy technologies.
