International Housewares Retail Renews Tenancy with Chairman for Further Three Years

International Housewares Retail (HKG:1373) renewed its tenancy agreement with its chairman and controlling shareholder Ngai Lai Ha for the lease of certain premises for the company's retail shops, warehouses, and office spaces, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The tenancy agreement has been extended to three more years to April 30, 2028.

The new annual cap is estimated at HK$39.3 million for each of the three years of the lease.
