Capital Southwest Names Michael Sarner as CEO, Chris Rehberger to Be Finance Chief

Capital Southwest named Michael Sarner as its chief executive, replacing Bowen Diehl.

The capital markets company on Tuesday said that Sarner, who most recently was the company's finance chief, has also been appointed a member of the board.

The company named Treasurer Chris Rehberger as its new chief financial officer in connection with Sarner's promotion.
