Valmont Industries (VMI) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $3.84 per diluted share, up from $3.18 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.63.
Net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $1.04 billion, up from $1.02 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet estimated $1.01 billion.
Valmont said it expects fiscal 2025 EPS in the range of $17.20 to $18.80. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $18.06.
Net sales for the current fiscal year is projected to be in the range of $4 billion to $4.20 billion, the company said. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.15 billion.
Shares of the company were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
