Caledonia Mining Corporation (CMCL) said Wednesday it has appointed Ross Jerrard as its next chief financial officer, succeeding Chester Goodburn.

Goodburn will step down from the role on March 24. He will then assume a consultancy role to assist with the transition, the company said.
