PDF Solutions (PDFS), which helps maximize the manufacturing effectiveness of semiconductor firms, said Wednesday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire secureWISE from Telit IOT Solutions for $130 million in cash.

A combination of cash on hand and $70 million of new bank debt will fund the acquisition, which aims to expand the reach of PDF Solutions' semiconductor manufacturing data platform, it said.

The deal will likely close in Q1.

PDF Solutions shares jumped over 5% in after-hours activity.
