International Entertainment (HKG:1009) unit New Coast Leisure agreed to procure Kimberland Construction to undertake the phase one renovation and construction works at a hotel and integrated resort for 1.47 billion peso, a Feb. 14 bourse filing said.
The construction work at the hotel in Manila, the Philippines, is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter.
The move comes about in order to ensure the good condition and service of the hotel to complement the operation of a casino in the hotel, which began in May 2024.
