RPMGlobal Holdings (ASX:RUL) reported Monday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.021 per diluted share, down from AU$0.0279 per diluted share a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$58.2 million, compared with AU$53.1 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected sales of AU$53.4 million.
The company said it withdrew its current financial guidance due to the divestment of its advisory business, adding that it plans to reissue new fiscal 2025 financial guidance early in the fourth quarter.
The board did not declare an interim dividend during the period.
The company's shares surged past 9% in recent Monday trade.
