Uni-Asia (SGX:CHJ) completed the acquisition of M/V Kellet Island Vessel from Olive Bulkship for a purchase consideration of $22.7 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The company had earlier entered into a conditional memorandum of agreement with Olive Bulkship to purchase the 57,836-deadweight tonnage bulk carrier, sailing under the flag of Hong Kong.
