Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) acquired a further 26,300 shares in Innodata from the open market for around $1.5 million, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The semiconductor manufacturer, on the same day, sold 66,800 American depositary shares (ADSs) in KE Holdings on the open market for $1.4 million.

The firm used proceeds from the disposal for the purchase of the Innodata shares.
