Asian Granito India (NSE:ASIANTILES, BOM:532888) has incorporated a subsidiary company in Dubai named AGL Surfaces Trading, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The new entity will undertake trading of tiles and flooring materials and marble and natural stones.
Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
