SSF Home Group (KLSE:SSF) unit SSF signed a memorandum of understanding with Pura Vida to become the anchor tenant merchant of Haqqi Mall.

Haqqi Mall is an e-commerce platform owned by Koperasi Tabung Haji, and Pura Vida is responsible for overseeing its business operations.

The arrangement has a term of one year, and has no immediate financial impact on the company, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.

SSF Home also launched its Glenmarie Flagship Store, introducing a nature-inspired retail concept under the "SSFHOME Garden Outlet" theme, it said.
