Harvey Norman (ASX:HVN) reported Friday that its earnings per diluted share in the fiscal first half rose to AU$0.2238 from AU$0.1602 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting an EPS of AU$0.174.
Sales of products to customers for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$1.49 billion, up from AU$1.48 billion in the same period a year earlier. Total system sales revenue was AU$4.83 billion, compared with AU$4.64 billion a year earlier.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.12 per share, up from the AU$0.10 in the previous reported period, payable on May 1 to shareholders on record as of April 3.
