Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) reported Tuesday fiscal half-year funds from operations (FFO) of AU$0.089 per unit, up from AU$0.085 per unit a year ago. Visible Alpha analysts expected FFO of AU$0.09 per unit.
Total revenue for the six months to Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$118.9 million, up from AU$108.5 million a year ago. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha anticipated AU$122.6 million in total revenue.
The company reaffirmed its FFO guidance for the full fiscal year of AU$0.175 per unit.
