Jamf (JAMF) said Monday it agreed to purchase Identity Automation for about $215 million in cash.
Identity Automation provides an advanced identity and access management platform designed for industries like education and healthcare, where roles frequently change, the company said.
The deal is set to close by the end of fiscal Q2, it added.
