Jingrui Holdings (HKG:1862) recorded contracted sales of around 62 million yuan in February, with a contracted gross floor area (GFA) of 4,181 square meters, a Monday bourse filing said.

The real estate firm's contracted average selling price for the month was approximately 14,829 yuan per square meter.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, the Group's aggregated contracted sales were about 122 million yuan, with the Group's contracted gross floor area of 9,022 square meters.

The Group's contracted average selling price was approximately 13,523 yuan per square meter.

The company's share prices were up by 5% at the end of trading.
