Austral Resources Australia (ASX:AR1) is actively conducting due diligence on several potential growth transactions that could facilitate its proposed recapitalization and relisting of its securities on ASX, according to a Monday filing with the bourse.
The firm is unable to provide a definitive timeline for the relisting of its securities at this stage, the filing said.
It said that it remains operational and is continuing its mining campaign at the Anthill copper project in Queensland as well as the daily production of copper cathode.
