International Genius (HKG:0033) has agreed to further extend the long stop date of an agreement to raise HK$302.5 million through the issuance of up to 110 million subscription shares to China Daisy Holdings, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The parties had previously extended the long stop date to Feb. 28. However, as the subscriber requires additional time to complete due diligence procedures and fulfill all conditions precedent under the agreement, they have agreed to extend the deadline to March 31.
The parties originally entered into the agreement for the share issuance in December 2024.
