Trading in the Shanghai-listed shares of Beijing SinoHytec (HKG:2402, SHA:688339) will continue to be suspended for five days starting Thursday, March 6.
Trading has been suspended since Feb. 26, when the firm entered into a non-legally binding agreement to potentially acquire Dingzhou Risun Hydrogen Energy from Risun Group and raise ancillary funds by issuing shares.
As of Wednesday, the parties are working on progressing under the contract, so the firm cannot resume trading in its A shares, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
