Kiwi Property Group (NZE:KPG, ASX:KPG) will pay a fiscal third-quarter dividend of NZ$0.0135 per share payable March 24 to shareholders on record as of March 13, according to a Wednesday New Zealand bourse filing.
The dividend will have imputation credits of NZ$0.003 per share and a supplementary dividend of NZ$0.0015 per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.
The company will continue to operate its dividend reinvestment plan for the fiscal Q3 and its pricing will be determined by a 2% discount to the volume-weighted average share price for the five trading days to March 18.
