Barnes & Noble Education (BNED) late Thursday disclosed two executive appointments, naming Gary Luster as chief accounting officer and Christopher Neumann as general counsel and corporate secretary.
Neumann joins Barnes & Noble Education from Six Flags (FUN), where he held the same legal leadership roles. Luster previously worked for several large retailers, including Capri Holdings (CPRI) and Tiffany, as well as the former consumer health division at Novartis (NVS).
Both appointments took effect Monday, according to the company.
