Weebit Nano (ASX:WBT) and Nanoveu (ASX:NVU) said Embedded AI Systems and Weebit are collaborating to use Weebit's resistive random access memory technology technology for ultra-low-power edge AI applications, according to a filing on Thursday with the ASX.
The collaboration will see the ReRAM technology combined with Embedded AI's ultra-low power artificial intelligence system-on-a-chip, at a 22-nanometer process node, seeking to enhance energy efficiency, reduce power consumption, and enable instant system wake-up for AI-driven applications.
An initial demonstration at the embedded world 2025 conference and exhibition in Germany lays the groundwork for more collaboration toward the development of a fully integrated AI and ReRAM SoC, by EMASS.
