Huron Consulting Group (HURN) said Wednesday it has acquired Advancement Resources, a provider of research-based professional education services focused on philanthropy.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
The company also said it has agreed to collaborate with Halpin Partnership, a UK-based management consultancy specializing in higher education fundraising, governance, and strategy.
Shares of Huron Consulting were up 1.2% in recent Wednesday trading.
