DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures (BOM:543410) has acquired a 60% stake in engineering services provider DM Gates and Penstocks through a private placement, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.

The company acquired 90,000 equity shares at a face value of 10 Indian rupees each, for a total cash consideration of 900,000 rupees, the filing said.
