Sheen Tai Holdings Group (HKG:1335) unit Sheen Tai Cloud has terminated an agreement to acquire Sino Leader Ventures from Huang Weili, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

On Feb. 27, the vendor proposed increasing the consideration by 15% due to a rise in the Bitcoin price or terminating the contract. The buyer decided to take the latter option.

Sino Leader owns Nevada-based MetaSphere Innovations, which develops software and holds 4,250 units of HASH Super Computing Server S19 and 650 units of HASH Super Computing Server S19 pro.

The parties entered the acquisition contract in October 2024 as part of Sheen Tai's efforts to expand its digital assets.
