Kestra Medical Technologies (KMTS) shares rose in their debut on Nasdaq Thursday after the company priced its initial public offering of about 11.9 million shares at $17.00 per share.
The shares were up over 30% at $22.13 in recent trading after opening at $22.95.
Underwriters, including BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs, will have a 30-day option to buy up to almost 1.8 million additional shares, Kestra said. The offering is expected to close Friday.
