Kalgoorlie Gold Mining (ASX:KAL) will conduct a follow-up air core drill program in April to test potential strike extensions to the Lighthorse gold discovery at the Pinjin project in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program will extend effective drill coverage by 1,400 meters north along the strike and selectively infill historical drilling over a 1,000-meter strike length to the south, the filing said.
Meanwhile, a reverse circulation drilling program at Lighthorse is underway and is expected to take two weeks to complete, according to the filing.
