S2 Resources (ASX:S2R) is set to start an extensive drilling program across several of its projects in Western Australia, New South Wales, and Victoria, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Drilling, comprised of air core, reverse circulation, and diamond drilling, will begin in late March, the filing said.

The Company will conduct air core drilling at the Fosterville Gold Project to test gold targets identified by recent induced polarisation surveys, followed by potential RC or diamond drilling, the filing said.

In April or May, diamond drilling will target copper-gold porphyry anomalies at the Glenlogan project in New South Wales, with RC drilling at West Murchison to follow in May or June, pending heritage approvals, the filing added.

Lastly, diamond drilling will start at the Warraweena project in June or July to explore geophysical targets in northern New South Wales, per the filing.
