Yunnan Water Investment (HKG:6839) expects a loss attributable to the ordinary shareholders between 1.65 billion yuan and 1.85 billion yuan in 2024, wider than the loss of 688.1 million yuan from 2023, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The water supply and waste treatment company attributed the wider loss to a rise in provision for expected credit allowance of financial assets, impairment allowance of goodwill, and a reduction in operating revenue during the reporting period.
