The China Interbank Bond Market approved Beijing SPC Environment Protection Tech's (SHE:002573) application to issue medium-term bonds of up to 2 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
The bonds will be issued within two years, with Bank of Communications (HKG:3328, SHA:601328) and China Minsheng Banking (HKG:1988, SHA:600016) as the joint lead underwriters, the manufacturer of flue gas desulfurization equipment for coal-fired power plants said.
