Betmakers Technology Group (ASX:BET) subsidiaries, Global Tote US and Racing Technology Ireland, entered into a renewal agreement with UK Tote Group, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the agreement, the company's Quantum software will be the core pool wagering platform for Tote's operations across British and Irish racecourses while also managing the technical aspect of inbound comingling to the pools, the filing said.

The agreement is projected to generate at least AU$4 million annually for the company and will be in effect until June 30, 2029, according to the filing.
