Americold Realty Trust (COLD) said Monday it agreed to acquire a facility in Houston, Texas, for about $127 million.

The price includes planned expansion and equipment upgrades, according to the company.

Americold said the acquisition will add nearly 35,700 pallet positions to its cold storage warehouse capacity.

The transaction includes 16 acres of adjacent land for potential expansion projects, the company added.
