Rhythm Biosciences (ASX:RHY) named Todd Perkinson as its Chief Financial Officer, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Perkinson most recently worked at technology company AdNeo (ASX:AD1), the filing said.

Shares were up 7% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
