ChoiceOne Financial Services (COFS) said Monday that it has consolidated State Bank into ChoiceOne Bank.
The bank holding company said that as a result of the move, State Bank will now be referred to as ChoiceOne Bank. State Bank had been part of Fentura, which ChoiceOne Financial Services acquired earlier in March.
Shares of ChoiceOne Financial Services were 1.5% lower in recent premarket activity.
