Wing Tai (SGX:W05, HKG:0369) expects to book an attributable loss of about HK$2.6 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, compared with an attributable loss of HK$890.4 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The company has attributed this to adverse changes in the fair value of its investment properties and impairment provisions.

The group will publish its financial findings on or around March 28, the filing said.
